About NERHBC
The New England Regional Homebrew Competition (NERHBC) is one of the region's most prestigious homebrew competitions, proudly hosted by Brew Free or Die. 2025 was our 17th year. Check back here for our next competition event. NERHBC is open to homebrewers across New England and beyond, welcoming entries across all recognized beer, mead, and cider styles.
The competition relies on the help of skilled judges and stewards — if you're BJCP-certified or interested in volunteering, we'd love to have you involved.
