Most cottages come without linens (bring sheets and towels?). Ask about things
like heat and parking.
The realtor, Laurie, can get you a price if you're
interested. In the summer, the weekly rent is around $1000 per week plus
deposit, but 2 or 3 days in October should be much less. She has said the
rent would be "pro-rated or something" and she knows who we are
-- so tell her why you're coming! At that point, she'll contact cottage owners
to ask them not to close up for the winter before then.
Laurie has told me about other places, as well, so
she'll get you something, and paperwork can be faxed.
